A Sky Sports podcast, Real Talk, takes on subjects in sport, experienced by athletes at all levels, that are often overlooked, reducing the stigma and educating audiences.

Hosted by Miriam Walker-Khan, Real Talk explores and celebrates health and well-being topics experienced by athletes. The mission of the series is to reduce the stigma and educate on topics often overlooked by the media.

The six episodes will cover the subjects of grief, pelvic floor, athlete mum, exercise safety, OCD, and retirement and talks to elite athletes and figures in sport, including Victoria Pendleton, Natasha Jonas, Emma Hayes, Nedum Onuoha, Sarah Storey, Henry Slade and Freya Anderson among others.

And their experiences are then discussed by experts in each subject field in the extended podcast.

In 2024 Real Talk won the Broadcast Sport Awards Podcast of the Year.
