For 20 years I have been helping people tranform stage fright and fear of public speaking into authentic presence. The issue is fear of feeling in front of people. Being the center of attention stirs up strong emotional energy and sensation in the body. People with stage fright dont know how to stay relaxed and present with that much feeling happening inside. Once they learn to be present to the sensation, they can use their strong emotional response to speak with passion. Thanks for letting me share.
